RESOLIJTION 16-337
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR WAIJKKK DENTAL [350 E HICKMAN ROAD]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,ION'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Waukee Dental,subject to remaining staff comments on July 12,2016;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Dental is in general conformance with tj304 —Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Waukee Dental is in general conformance with tj30L27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 1st day of August,2016 that the Site Plan for Waukee Dental is approved.
