RESOLUTION 16-363
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FOX CREEK ESTATES PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,TCB Investments,LLC,has requested final approval of Fox Creek Estates Plat 7
(the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 28,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 7 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15"day of August,2016,that the Final Plat for Fox Creek Estates Plat 7 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Landscape Buffer Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
7.Snow Storage Easement;
8.Traffic Easement
