RESOLUTION 16-370
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 10
IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF FAUEEE,IOV'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E),has requested final
approval of Glynn Village Plat 10 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on July 26,2016,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal documents,
and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 10 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section $303 —Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 15'"day of August,2016,that the Final Plat for Glynn Village Plat 10 be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee,subject to remaining
staff comments.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Water Main Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Sidewalk Easement;
5.Storm Sewer Easement;
6.Landscape Buffer Easement;
7.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8.Sidewalk Easement;
9.Glynn Village Plat 10 Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant
and Permanent Easement Agreement;
10.Storm Sewer &Surface Water Flowage Easement;and
11.Trail Easement.
