APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR KETTLKSTONE 01i FICE PROJECT [2705 GRAND
PRAIRIE PARKWAY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Kettlestone Office Project,subject to remaining staff comments on August 9,
2016;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Kettlestone Office Project is in general conformance with I't304-
Site and Brdlding Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Kettlestone Office Project is in general conformance with
I130 L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Kettlestone Office Project is in general conformance with the
Kettlestone Design Guidelines.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 15'"day of August,2016 that the Site Plan for Kettlestone Office Project is approved,
subject to remaining staff comments.
