RESOLUTION 16-351
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
SHOPS AT KETTLKSTONE NORTH PLAT 1,SANITARY SEWER
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 8'AUKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Shops at Kettlestone North
Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code for sanitary sewer installation only.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 15'"day of August,2016 that the Construction Drawings for Shops at Kettlestone North—
Sanitary Sewer be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
