RESOLUTION 16-397
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Painted Woods Development,LC,has requested final approval of Painted Woods
West Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on May 24,2016,subject to remaining staff comments,review of the legal documents,
and completion of public improvements;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto
will comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 6'"day of September,2016,that the Final Plat for Painted Woods West Plat 2 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Water Main &Trail Easement;
3.Water Main Easement;
4.Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public Storm Sewer,Sanitary Sewer,&Overland Flowage Easement;
6.Public Utility Easement;
7.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
8.Snow Storage Easement;
9.Storm Sewer &Overland Flowage Easement;and
10.Storm Sewer Easement.
