RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR ALICE'S Road/170TH
STREET TRANSMISSION LINE RELOCATION PHASE 2 PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the construction contact and bond executed and insurance coverage for the construction
of certain public improvements described in general as the Alice's Road/ 170t" Street
Transmission Line Relocation Phase 2 Project and described in detail in the plans and
specifications heretofore approved, and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on
behalf of the City be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor: NPL
Amount of bid: $129,583.00
of Lakeville, MN
Bond surety: Fidelity and Deposit Company of Maryland
Date of bond: June 5, 2021
Portion of project: All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 14t" day of June, 2021.
