RESOLUTION 16-417
APPROVING CONTRACT ¹131011—FIRM THROUGHPUT SERVICE AGREEMENT
BETWEEN NORTHERN NATURAL GAS COMPANY AND THK CITY OF WAUKEE
IN THE NAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa,is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on April 3,2006,the City and Northern Natural Gas Company entered into a
Precedent Agreement regarding the construction of a TBS at a location near Granger,and for a
transportation capacity agreement to be executed at a later date (Resolution ¹06-55);AND,
WHEREAS,the proposed Contract ¹131011 is an agreement for additional firm capacity in
Northern Natural Gas's pipeline;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council on this,the 19'
day of September,2016,that the Firm Throughput Service Agreement between Northern Natural
Gas Company and the City of Waukee is hereby approved.
