APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES NO. 1
WITH SNYDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. JUTE AVENUE & ASHWORTH ROAD
INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, on August 3, 2020 (Resolution #2020-292), the Waukee City Council approved an
agreement with Snyder & Associates for Professional Consulting Services related to the Ute
Avenue and Ashworth Road Intersection Improvement Project; AND,
WHEREAS, through the course of design, the project has evolved to include scope of work that
was not anticipated during the initial contract development.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2 1 " day of June, 2021, that it hereby approves the Supplemental Agreement for Additional
Services No. 1 with Snyder & Associates [Ute Avenue & Ashworth Ro section
Improvements Project].
