RESOLUTION 16-408
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[PAINTED WOODS WEST PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corporation of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Painted Woods West Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Painted Woods West Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of
this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19 day of September,2016,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Painted Woods West Plat 2.
