RESOLUTION 16-415
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR VILLAGE AT SHADOW CREEK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UFEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Greenland Homes,and the property owner,Landing at Shadow Creek,LLC,have
requested final approval of Village at Shadow Creek Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on September 13,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Village at Shadow Creek Plat 1 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 19"day of September,2016,that the Final Plat for Village at Shadow Creek Plat 1 be and
the same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to
remaining staff comments and review of the platting documents by the City Attorney.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Village at Shadow Creek Plat 1,as well as any other documents related thereto,with
the Dallas County Recorder.
