RESOLUTION 16-404
APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL POSITION OF WATER/WASTEWATER LABORER,
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT,WATER/WASTEWATER DIVISION
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO@'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City currently has two (2)existing Water/Wastewater Laborer positions;AND,
WHEREAS,to ensure the ongoing needs of Waukee residents and business are met in an
efficient manner and in order to prepare the Water/Wastewater Division for future growth,the
Public Works Director proposes the addition of one (I)Water/Wastewater Laborer position;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Public Works Director,City Administrator,and Human Resource Director
recommend establishing the position.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 19"'day of September,2016,that it hereby approves the additional position of
Water/Wastewater Laborer,Public Works Department,Water/Wastewa Division.
