RESOLUTION 16-435
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR BRANDON'S RESERVE
IN THE NAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,M 6b R Holdings,LLC,has requested final approval of Brandon's Reserve (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recorrunended approval of
the Plat on September 13,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Brandon's Reserve and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section (303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa
on this 3'day of October,2016,that the Final Plat for Brandon's Reserve be and the same is
hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following
easements and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed (Lots A and B);
2.Water Main and Overland Flowage Easement;
3.Public Utility Easement;
4.Public Access and Recreational Trail Easement;
5.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
6.Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Overland Flowage Easement;
8.Water Main Easement;
9.Landscape Buffer Easement;
10.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant &Permanent
Easement Agreement;
11.Sanitary Sewer and Service Easement;
12.Storm Sewer and Sanitary Sewer Easement;
13.Snow Storage Easement;
14.Petition,Contract and Waiver.
