RESOLUTION 2021-292
APPROVING CONTRACT WITH EDGE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
[WAUKEE VFW HALL ROOF REPAIR]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, certain repairs are necessary to the roof at a property owned by the City of
Waukee and addressed as 410 6ch Street, also known as the Waukee VFW Hall; AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommend approval of a contract with Edge Companies of
Grimes, IA, in the amount of $16,335.00 to address the repairs.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 28 h day of June, 2021, that it hereby approves the Contract with Edge
Companies [Waukee VFW Hall Roof Repair].
