APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE SHOPS AT KETTLKSTONK NORTH PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UICEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organizedMunicipalOrganization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Shops atKettlestoneNorthPlatI;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer andCitystaff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Sttbdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this 3'day of October,2016 that the Construction Drawings for The Shops atKettlestoneNorthPlatIbeapprovedsubjecttoremainingstaffcomments.
