APPROVING THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 1 REVISED
PRELIMINARY PLAT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized MunicipalOrganization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed and recommended
approval of a revised Preliminary Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 on September27,2016,subject to remaining staff comments;AND,
WHEREAS,the revised Preliminary Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 is in generalconformancewithsectiontj303-Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa onthisthe3'day of October,2016,that the revised Preliminary Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone
North Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
