RESOLUTION 2021-301
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [CENTENNIAL CROSSING PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Knapp Properties of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Centennial Crossing Plat 1 Public Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Centennial Crossing Plat 1 Public Improvements and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6' day of July, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Centennial Crossing Plat 1 Public Improvements.
