RESOLUTION 2021-302
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [SE KETTLESTONE BOULEVARD
IMPROVEMENTS (ASHWORTH WEST PLAT 1 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Knapp Properties of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with SE Kettlestone Boulevard Improvements (Ashworth West
Plat 1) Public Improvements; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of SE
Kettlestone Boulevard Improvements (Ashworth West Plat 1) Public Improvements and
confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general
conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6' day of July, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with SE Kettlestone Boulevard Improvements (Ashworth West Plat 1) Public
Improvements.
