RESOLUTION 2021-310
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR HERTZ FARM PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Phillips -Hamilton, Inc., has requested final plat approval of Hertz Farm Plat 1 (the
"Plat"); AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on June 22, 2021, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Hertz Farm Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this
6'' day of July, 2021, that the Final Plat for Hertz Farm Plat 1 be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
