RESOLUTION 16-226
APPROVING EASEMENTS RELATED TO GLYNN VILLAGE [HUBBELL
METROPOLITAN DEVELOPMENT FUND I,LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF O'AUKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City has entered into an agreement with the Des Moines Metropolitan
Wastewater Reclamation Authority for the transfer of existing and proposed sanitary sewer
infrastructure associated with the South Area Outfall Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority has requested
modification of the existing sanitary sewer easement language as well as a separate public trail
easement and temporary construction easement for the benefit of the anticipated South Area
Outfall Sanitary Trunk Sewer Project,AND,
WHEREAS,Hubbell Metropolitan Development Fund I,LLC (Series E)has agreed to granting
such easements as requested.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
6"day of June 2016,that it hereby approves the Public Sanitary Sewer Easement,Public Trail
Easement and Temporary Construction Easement related to the South Area Outfall Sanitary
Trunk Sewer Project.
