RESOLUTION SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND DIRECTING
PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISPOSE OF THE CITY'S INTEREST
IN REAL PROPERTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,in accordance with Iowa Code Section 364.7 the City wishes to set a public
hearing to consider a proposal to dispose of property.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THK CITY COUNCIL OF THK CITY OF
WAUKEE,that this City Council will meet at 5:30 P.M.on August 1,2016,in the Council
Chambers of the Waukee City Hall for the purpose of holding and adopting a resolution to
approve the disposal of the real property.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to cause notice to be
published as required by law of the pendency of this resolution and of the time and place of the
hearing at which persons interested may present their views and objections.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved th the 5'"day of July
2016.
