SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Koester Construction Co., Inc. has completed the project and
is requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $23,133.87

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the release of retainage to Koester Construction Co., Inc. for the Alice’s
