RESOLUTION 16-282
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR ENTERPRISE BUSINESS PARK PLAT 6
IN THE NAIvIE AND BY THE A UTHOR1TY OF THE CITY OF lf'AUKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Sundance,Inc.and the property owner,GF Land Partnership,have requested final
approval of Enterprise Business Park Plat 6 (the "Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Plat on June 28,2016,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal
documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 6 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal
Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,iowa
on this 5th day of July,2016,that the Final Plat for Enterprise Business Park Plat 6 be and the
same is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to
remaining staff comments and review of the platting documents by the City Attorney.
BK IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the
final plat of Waukee Transportation Facility Plat 1,as well as any other documents related
thereto,with the Dallas County Recorder.
