proof of dram insurance
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Old Station Craft Meats currently holds a Class C
Beer Permit. The owners wish to have on-premise alcohol consumption
and have therefore applied for a new, replacement license.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
