Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of $441,279.85.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc.,
is for general conditions, Building Foundations/SOG, masonry, structural steel
framing, steel door frames, underground plumbing, electrical, earthwork, site
utilities, and dugout foundations. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence.

and signature by Waukee City Council. Quantities have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
