FORMAT:Consent SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc., is for general conditions, Building Foundations/SOG, masonry, structural steel framing, steel door frames, underground plumbing, electrical, earthwork, site utilities, and dugout foundations. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution. ATTACHMENTS: I.
