date of public hearing on a proposed property tax levy pursuant to Iowa
Code 384.15A
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Iowa Code 384.15A requires a separate public
hearing to notify the public of the intent to exceed 102% of the FY21
property tax revenue collection for the upcoming FY22 budget year.
