RESOLUTION 16-283
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR TACO BELL (40 NE CAREFREE LANE)
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Taco Bell,subject to remaining staff comments on June 28,2016;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Taco Bell is in general conformance with I'l304 —Site and
Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Taco Bell is in general conformance with $30 L27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 5"'day of July,2016 that the Site Plan for Taco Bell is approved subject to remaining staff
comments.
