SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Ball Team, LLC. has completed the project and is requesting
release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been completed.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $31,200.00
