requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.

RE: 2020 Gas Transmission Modifications Re‐bid ‐ Release of Retainage

USDI recommends release of retainage for the above referenced project by the City Council of the City
of Waukee to Michels Corporation. Retainage is in the amount of $13,746.78 as shown on the final pay
estimate dated December 9, 2020.
