BBQ, LLC, d/b/a Kue’d Smokehouse [245 E. Hickman Road], pending
proof of dram insurance and fire marshal approval

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Development Services Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The fire marshal has not given his approval to reissuance, pending
a fire code matter.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance and fire
marshal approval.
