Permit for the City of Waukee for July 4, 2021, in Centennial Park (rain
date July 5, 2021)

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: J & M Displays will detonate the display in
Centennial Park as part of the 4th of July festivities, with a July 5th rain
date.

Waukee Municipal Code 622.1(1)b defines a “competent operator” as a person 21 years of age or older who states in the
application that he/she has the necessary knowledge and experience to explode fireworks.
