SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Approval of the Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer
Easement is necessary to complete the SE Ashworth Road Corridor
Improvements Project. The City of Waukee had previously approved a Public
Sanitary Sewer Easement, but it was later determined the easement needs to
be a Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Easement. This Easement
document replaces the previously approved easement.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $1.00

RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER AND STORM SEWER EASEMENT
FOR THE SE ASHWORTH ROAD CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT,
SE PARKVIEW CROSSING DRIVE TO SE GLACIER TRAIL [TOBY FETTERS
AND TAMI FETTERS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that a certain easement from Toby Fetters and Tami Fetters
of Waukee, Iowa, is necessary for the purpose of construction of the SE Ashworth Road Corridor
Improvements Project, SE Parkview Crossing Drive to SE Glacier Trail.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Sanitary Sewer and Storm Sewer Easement from Toby Fetters and Tami Fetters
for the SE Ashworth Road Corridor Improvements Project, SE Parkview Crossing Drive to SE
Glacier Trail are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 15th day of
March, 2021.
