STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Commons at Greenway Park Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan and find it in general conformance with
the standard specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [COMMONS AT GREENWAY PARK
PLAT 2 PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PLAN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Signature Companies of Grimes, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Commons at Greenway Park Plat 2 Public Improvements
Plan; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Commons at Greenway Park Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of March, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Commons at Greenway Park Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan.
