error and the Rain garden/bioretention cell reimbursement line item was removed.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
ADOPTING THE CITY OF WAUKEE 2021 FEE SCHEDULE (REVISED)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, as part of the budget review and adoption process, a Fee Schedule for
services provided by the City of Waukee was approved by the Waukee City Council on
March 15, 2021 (Resolution #2021-095); AND,
WHEREAS, upon further review,the Waukee Public Works Department recommends
that the department’s Rebate for Rain Garden/Bioretention Cell Reimbursement fee be
deleted.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5th day of April, 2021, that the City of Waukee 2021 Fee Schedule
(Revised) is hereby approved and shall be in immediate effect unless otherwise noted in
the schedule.
