THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING EASEMENTS FOR THE LITTLE WALNUT CREEK NORTH
TRUNK SEWER PHASE 2 PROJECT, [FOX VALLEY DEVELOPMENT, LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Fox Valley Development, LLC,
an Iowa corporation, are necessary for the purpose of construction of the Little Walnut Creek
North Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Temporary Construction Easement and Sanitary Sewer Easement from Fox Valley
Development, LLC for the Little Walnut Creek North Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project
are hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 19th day of April,
2021.
