THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG SE BOOTH AVENUE FROM S. WARRIOR
LANE EAST TO ITS TERMINUS ON JULY 3, 2021, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9:30 A.M.
AND 12:00 P.M. [CELEBRATION OF INDEPENDENCE PARADE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Parks & Recreation Department recommends the allowance of temporary
parking to accommodate residents along the route of the July 3, 2021, Celebration of Independence
parade.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 17th
day of May, 2021, that it hereby approves temporary parking along SE Booth Avenue from S. Warrior
Lane east to its terminus on July 3, 2021, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. [Celebration
of Independence Parade].
