SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Woodruff Construction, Inc. requested Payment
Estimate No. 1 for the work completed on the Lift Station No. 3 Rehabilitation Phase 3 Project, in
the amount of $9,426.38. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period January 18, 2021 to April 30, 2021. Work completed
for this pay estimate is for insurance, bonds and general requirements.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $9,426.38
