STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Ashworth Acres Plat 2 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City
of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2021-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [ASHWORTH ACRES PLAT 2
PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS PLAN]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Ashworth Land, LLC of Clive, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Acres Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Ashworth Acres Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of May, 2021, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Ashworth Acres Plat 2 Public Improvements Plan.
