AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of amendment to 12-month Class C Liquor
License with Outdoor Service and Sunday Sales privileges for Cork &
Kerry, Inc., d/b/a Mickey’s Irish Pub [50-54 SE Laurel Street], extending
the outdoor service area on Saturday, June 26, 2021, pending proof of
dram insurance
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Mickey’s Irish Pub has applied for an extended
outdoor service area to host a bags charity event. Their landlord has
submitted a letter of approval for the event.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
