AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of 5-day Class C Liquor License with Outdoor
Service privilege beginning June 17, 2021, for Iowa Beer Bus, LLC,
d/b/a Iowa Beer Bus [1255 Warrior Lane], pending proof of dram
insurance
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Iowa Beer Bus, LLC, will be providing drinks as part
of the annual Bacoon Bike Ride packet pick-up in Centennial Park.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
