Easement [Brcka Property]

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: David and Rita Brcka have granted a sanitary sewer
easement for the extension of sanitary sewer across their property along N
Warrior Lane. The sanitary sewer extension will allow for the development of
the proposed Castle Ranch subdivision located north of the Brcka property.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: No cost.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING PUBLIC SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT [BRCKA PROPERTY]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire a Sanitary Sewer Easement across a portion of the Brcka
Property for purposes of a sanitary sewer extension along N Warrior Lane.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of June 2021, that it hereby approves the public sanitary sewer easement located across
the Brcka property.
