AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 8 to Larson Construction,
Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of $2,363,756.99.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 8 to Larson Construction, Co., Inc.,
is for general conditions, Building Foundations/SOG, masonry, structural steel
framing, metal roof/wall panels-soffit, electrical, Athletic Lighting, earthwork,
PCC Sidewalk, parking lot installation, and site utilities. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #8 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #8 in the amount of $2,363,756.99 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. A majority of this payment is to Musco Lighting (1.4 Million). Quantities have
been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City staff, and Confluence.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
