SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: J&K Contracting, LLC has requested Payment
Estimate No. 2 for the work completed on the Southwest Area Trunk Sewer Extension – Phase 2
in the amount of $90,348.00. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period May 6, 2021 to June 4, 2021. This pay estimate is for
stored sanitary sewer materials and clearing and grubbing.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $92,348.00
