SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Priority Excavating, LLC has requested Payment
Estimate No. 2 for the work completed on the Little Walnut Creek North Trunk Sewer Phase 1
and Water Main Extensions in the amount of $154,053.62. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed
the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period April 27, 2021 to June 11, 2021. Work completed for
this pay estimate is directional bored water main and 24-inch sewer in casing pipe.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $154,053.62
