FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 7 is for replacement of the planter
drainage board within the existing raised planter integral to the building.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $6,800.00.

THE CONTRACT IS CHANGED AS FOLLOWS:
Change Order Item CO-7.1 is to add replacement of the drainage board within the existing raised planter integral to the building. Existing drainage board will be
removed and new drainage board will be installed. Granular material will be removed, salvaged, and reinstalled with new filter fabric installed over the granular
material. PVC piping through the planter wall will be cleaned.
