SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is to adjust the plan quantities to
the as-constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $4,124.50.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
