SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Vanderpool Construction has requested a partial pay
estimate No. 2 (Final) for the 2020 Downtown Manhole Rehabilitation project in the amount of
$61,061.25. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
Pay Estimate No. 1 is for the period August 27, 2020 to May 27, 2021. Pay Estimate No. 2
(Final) is for manhole lining and grouting.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $61,061.25.
