Acceptance of Public Improvements and
Final Payment Application No. 7
Dear Mr. Jermier:
At this time, All Star Concrete has completed the project in
substantial conformance with the plans and specifications. Formal
acceptance of public improvements is recommended.
Genus also recommends acceptance of the project and release
of retainage in the amount of $26,976.85 after 30 days if no claims
have been received. Pay Application No. 7 is attached for review
and consideration. Once approved, please send one copy to the
contractor along with payment and send one copy to my
attention. If you have any questions or comments on this pay
application, please feel free to contact me at your convenience.
