RESOLUTION 2021-
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR 2021 UNIVERSITY
AVENUE PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the construction contact and bond executed and insurance coverage for the construction
of certain public improvements described in general as the 2021 University Avenue Pavement
Patching Project and described in detail in the plans and specifications heretofore approved, and
which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City be and the same are hereby
approved as follows:
Contractor: Q3 Contracting, Inc., of Des Moines, IA
Amount of quote: $110,576.57
Bond surety: Western Surety Company
Date of bond: June 23, 2021
Portion of project: All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of July, 2021.
