SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Rube’s Steakhouse Waukee has applied to include a
Carryout Wine privilege to their current liquor license.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
